You have been accepted for the 44th Annual Georgia Marble Festival. We look forward to having you with us on October 3-4, 2026.  Below are a few details to help you in making plans for the festival.  Festival hours are Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

SETUP & VENDOR CHECK-IN

Set-up is allowed during allotted times only as follows: (no exceptions)

Friday -- 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.     |     Saturday -- 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.     |     Sunday -- 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

All booths must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.  Late arrivals will be subject to forfeiture of Saturday booth.  Those unable to set-up by Saturday morning will be allowed to set-up on Sunday, provided you are on time and booth is set-up by 9:30 a.m.  All vehicles must be removed from festival grounds no later than 30 minutes prior to the festival opening.  No vehicles will be allowed to remain inside festival gates.  This includes trailers, campers, etc.

You will  receive your vendor packet and booth location at Vendor Check-In.  Included in your packet will be one vendor parking pass, vendor badge(s), insurance disclaimer/tax Information, festival survey and any other festival information you might need. We make every attempt to honor booth location requests, however it cannot be guaranteed and we cannot confirm locations until check-in.

Vendor parking will be located in the lower lot of the Board of Education, accessed only via the Sanders Street entrance. 


BOOTH RULES

  • Booth must be staffed during all festival hours both days. The Georgia Marble Festival team is very small and we do not have the capicity to staff your booth for breaks. Please plan accordingly.
  • Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down booth space and clean up of their area. The Georgia Marble Festival team is small and we do not have the capicity to help with setup/breakdown. 
  • Booths will not be allowed to break down prior to festival closing at 6:00 p.m. Saturday and 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
  • If you require additional space, an additional booth must be purchased. Vendors cannot share a booth.
  • No vehicles/trailers will be allowed to remain inside the festival after 9:30 am on festival days (food vendors will be considered as an exception).
  • Music is restricted to the Headliner Stage. The only exception is a vendor booth selling musical instruments. 
  • No political material/fundraising for causes will be allowed inside the festival.
  • Booth placement/assignments will not be available to vendors until check-in. While we do try to consider special placement requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
  • No raffles allowed. ( A raffle requires pay-to-play/ticket purchases)
  • Vendor Giveaways: We always encourage creative and engaging outreach activities by our non-profits and sponsors, we are unable to permit the free distribution of specific products due to the presence of a paying vendor who has exclusive rights to sell certain products at the event (i.e water, shaved ice, food items, etc).

FOOD VENDORS - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A complete food menu list must be included with the application. Vendors selling food items, including mixes and pre-packaged food items will be required to provide a certificate of insurance listing Georgia Marble Festival as an additional insured.


Jasper Coca-Cola is the major drink sponsor of the festival; therefore, Food Vendors are only allowed to sell their products. Coca-Cola products must be purchased from the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center. The only exceptions to this drink policy will be those vendors offering home-made tea or lemonade, and smoothie or slushy type drinks. Drink pricing information will be sent to food vendors separately.

  •  Electricity is limited to 10 AMPS MAX (Vendor overuse of amps will be asked to unplug).
  • Cooking should be done with propane. 
  • Only quiet generators are allowed.
